Adding Retainer Club to your 3 Shape/Trios Scanners:

There are 2 options:

  • The first option is on your TRIOS Software:

  • Go to More -> Store in the upper menu on the left side.

  • When you open the Store, you can go to "Labs" and look for Retainer Club or blair@retainerclub.com

  • The second option is that you go to the Communicate portal https://portal.3shapecommunicate.com/login,

  • Sign in with your 3Shape credentials

  • Find the "Connections" option in the upper corner, and you'll find a red button to "Add a connection".

  • Look for Retainer Club or blair@retainerclub.com

  • Once you send the connection request, the connection will be set as pending until the lab accepts it. Once it is accepted, you'll be able to send Retainer Club cases.

If Retainer Club is not showing after we accept the connection request, on your TRIOS Software, go to More -> Settings -> General -> Users and look for the option where the Communicate account is added, then, click on the "Test" button to synchronize your account again.
