Never miss a beat in your Retainer Club account.

Managing a retainer program means staying on top of a lot of moving parts. Orders, patient fits, resubmissions — it adds up. That's why we built Partner Account Notifications: a focused daily email that gives your team a clear snapshot of what needs your attention before the day gets away from you.

Starting now, all active Partner RC Users will automatically receive a daily notification email, sent Monday through Friday, that surfaces the two areas most likely to require action from your team.


What's included in each notification.

Each daily email highlights two key sections from your Retainer Club portal:

  • Needs Attention — A summary of any open items in your account that are waiting on a response, update, or action from your practice team. Think of it as your daily to-do list for Retainer Club.

  • Perfect Fit Guarantee (PFG) — An overview of any active PFG cases that are pending review or require your team to complete a survey step. Staying current here protects your patients and keeps cases moving.

The goal is simple: your team shouldn't have to log in every morning just to check if anything needs attention. The notification comes to them.


Who receives notifications.

Notifications are sent to all active Partner RC Users associated with your account. This includes front desk staff, treatment coordinators, office managers, and any other team members who have been set up as portal users — so the right people are always in the loop, not just the practice owner.

Have team members who prefer not to receive daily emails? No problem. Notifications can be enabled or disabled on a per-user basis, giving your practice full control over who gets them. See below for how to manage settings.



How to manage notification settings.

Adjusting who receives notifications takes just a few steps inside your portal:

  1. Log in to your Retainer Club Partner Portal. Navigate to your account settings from the main dashboard - Step 1 below

  2. Go to 'My Profile'.

  3. Toggle notifications on or off. Each user has an individual notification preference. Enable or disable the daily account notification with a single click.

Changes take effect immediately. Users who are disabled will stop receiving notifications starting the next business day.

A small change with a big impact.

We designed Partner Account Notifications to be brief, actionable, and easy to act on — not another email to skim and archive. If there's nothing in your account that day, you won't receive a notification. It only shows up when there's something worth your attention.
